I’m Kaitlyn, owner and principal planner at Kisses + Dreams. I am a lover of flowers, champagne, the ocean, romantic comedies, travelling, and more than anything — my family.

I was born and raised in Camrose, Alberta but have been living in Kelowna since 2011. After moving here to go to school, I decided this place was far too incredible to ever leave! I finished the business program at Okanagan College and would go back in a heartbeat as I love to learn.

My faults include being a slight perfectionist and having a mild obsession with Pinterest. I have the most incredible husband who inspires me every day and this dream would not have happened if it wasn’t for him. My most favourite person on this planet is my son. Being a mother has taught me endless lessons about selflessness, pushing yourself, and always putting your best into whatever you are doing at that moment.

Growing up with 6 siblings I learned how to deal with chaos, how to adapt and relate to different characters, and how to eat really fast. Both of my parents were business owners and are some of the hardest working people I have ever known. I was taught to always give more than you get and to never stray away from a challenge in life because that is where the magic happens.

I have known for a long time that event management was something I was passionate about and wanted to pursue as a career. Being a part of someone’s special moments in life is a huge privilege and getting to do it on a regular basis is what I call a dream job. For me, planning and orchestrating an event is enchanting, captivating and extremely rewarding.

I am fully confident in my ability to help you create an event that you will absolutely love and remember forever.
